How to write a powerful intervention letter?

Question by Set Your Goals: How to write a powerful intervention letter?
My family and I are having an intervention for my mom who has a problem with drugs. I’m kind of lost on how to approach this, but i want to make it meaningful and powerful to get my point across. Any suggestions? Thank you so much.

My only suggestion, is to be honest. Sit still for a while, and listen to your emotions, and go from there. Only you know what your feeling, and how her drug abuse is affecting you, and your loves ones. Tell her all the things you feel, when you see her under the influence. Tell her you love her, but you wont love her to death.
With drug addicts you have to be stern, and very upfront. They are in a drug induced haze, and they only care about getting high.
I wish you the best with this, and I hope that she hears your plea.
May God Bless you, and your Mom.
Please understand her addiction is very strong, so please be strong and prepared for her to tell you what you want to hear, to get you out of her face.
