Past drug abuse and the military?

I am almost 17 years old and I am thinking of joining the Marines. I have done drugs in the past(weed, coke, and once meth) I quit about 2 months ago. Do I have to tell the recruiter about this even if I pass a drug test. And if I do have to admit to my drug usage, will I not be able to get into the marines?
