Here are some scary statistics: More than 30 million Americanstold the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health ServicesAdministration that they have driven drunk sometime during 2010,the agency reported in a study released last week. In addition, anadditional 10 million people admitted to driving while high ondrugs during the same time frame.
