can the courts offer you any thing that would make it a less serious charge like a misdemeanor like for say if while out on bail you go through intensive outpatient rehab offer to do community service and offer to be drug tested up to 3 times a week. I have a disability and hate that I made this mistake and want my life back? thank you no other felonies by the way

Don’t worry. Continue to use meth and you will wind up with a felony record.
