Financial aid for teen treatment centers?

I’m doing research to help a friend. Her daughter is 15 and a chronic runaway. We know she has been sexually abused for many years by a family member. She is exhibiting seriously dangerous behavior, but fortunately has not turned to drugs so far. She needs to be sent to a treatment center because she refuses outpatient counseling. The cost of this centers is cost prohibitive. Does anyone know of organizations that offer financial aid for such?
