I have decided to quit drinking should my spouse join my decision for support or is that selfish of me to ask?
Question by BriaLee: I have decided to quit drinking should my spouse join my decision for support or is that selfish of me to ask?
I have decided to quit to lose weight, spend less money, and work on my physical and mental health. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you!

You should ask to join and make her/him feel good about it. Don’t put them down when you ask. Look for plus and positive. If you be negative and argue it will just go down hill. She/he will have to want to quit…you cant make them.
