Question by Jennifer S: Can someone explain how to get a earlier court hearing in a juvenile case?
My daughter is currently in placement and I was misinformed as to her expected date of release. I wanted to know if there was a way to request a earlier court hearing. She is 15 years old and I feel like they told me what I wanted to hear so that she would be put in what I thought was drug and alcohol treatment but she is in placement with riots everyday and couselors getting wrist broke.

You can request one, but probably won’t get it. The courts are crowded and they really are going as fast as they can.
