What can I do if I am being evicted?

Question by David: What can I do if I am being evicted?
Hello, I just had a meeting with my landlords and the history of this story is that I have been too loud and have been warned three time with notices in the past two months and my lease started 3 months ago. They have decided that they want us out and they have also accused us of “possible illegal drug use” and their reasoning is my neighbors complained about a smell that they obviously believed was illegal. The first notice was legit, i was being too loud and didnt realize it. Every other time has been hypersensitivity and I believe people are descriminating against my age and the way i look. The landlords gave me three days to leave and i wont be “evicted” so ill have to leave, but it wont show up on my rent history as eviction, but i can also create a defense which i think i have some solid arguments. What should I do? Btw i dont do any drugs, however, i smoke sheesha, tobacco, and spice. All legal. So can someone please help me?
for those who are interested, because it looks like people need it to make an informed decision, i have a copy of the lease right here. I will say it word for word.

Conduce: Tenant shall see that the conduct of himself, his family, invitees, guests, servants, assignees, under tenants or employees is never disorderly or boisterous.

I also know that landlords cannot take away my rights in a lease in any way. Are any of my rights being violated from the info given?

And wow. some people are very vocal. I didnt come one here to bother people. I am simply asking for advice and i dont think i deserve the scrutiny of assholes that weren’t provoked in any way.

And i live in Spokane, WA. Spice is LEGAL and is not even the topic….. It wont be banned

Now that we have heard your side of the story, it is neccessary to hear the other before any judgement can be made.
