I’ve finally decided to get myself into shape. I’m coming from pretty much zero amounts of exercise and drinking between 10-15 alcoholic beverages a week. I started riding my bike, anywhere from 6-9 miles at a moderate speed, almost daily. I’m also trying to cut out alcohol. For example, this week I only had two beers instead of the 10-15. I’m working on cutting out all alcohol, but it’s hard for me. Can I expect to see a significant weight lose fairly quickly? Anybody have similar experience?

i don’t think drinking will get people fat. but i do know,beer will make your belly out of shape.Quit Beer ! don’t have much oil fried things.
eat vegetables,especially green vegetable.that’s healthy for u.
