What is the expected result or penalty in the State of Colorado for posses ion of loaded handgun (10 points)?

Question by Vote Yes on Prop 19: What is the expected result or penalty in the State of Colorado for posses ion of loaded handgun (10 points)?
Ok my two brothers are awaiting trial. I am not going to name them specifically so I will use
“A and B” as their names. ok let me explain their situation a little bit.

Remember that this happend in Colorado.

Brother A has a juvenile criminal history in California.
Brother A was put on probation in the beginning of freshman year for messing around with a girl and she thought it was a good idea to lie and say that he was sexually harassing her she was more sexually physical then he was she just was hoping to get a law suit. So they put him on formal probation for that incident. So he gave a few dirt marijuana test which once sent him to juvenile hall a couple times. He got out a couple months later more criminal minded then ever. Then he got cough with a loaded 38sp walking down the street after people just reported shots fired in the area. So he did 2 years in a juvenile place meant and got out when he was 18.

Brother B had a amazing business going for him. self made/self owned he had that fop like 6 or 7 years. but like a lot of people he had a meths addiction. and he has an adult criminal record in california. he is actually wanted by probation. actually I think they both are wanted by probation in california because probation called for brother A not to long ago.

So they were both cought with loaded handguns in a car. thats 2 guns and I believe some possesion of stolen property charges.

So if any one who knows anything about the law and has a good idea of what to exspect when the court and sentencing is all said and done please answer this question or email me.

I will be voting for best answer as soon as I see it,
