I was stupid and made a bad choice to smoke weed. Yes, I know, I’m on here to get an answer, not to hear people judge me. I had to come clean with my p.o and my case manager because they’d find out anyways, I smoked today and have a test tomorrow unknowingly. My p.o said she would have to violate me but is going to try to save my ass. Ive been doing pretty good and she told me to be good for the rest of the week and she’ll put in a good word for me. I signed a contract stating I wouldn’t smoke weed and broke it but I haven’t started my drug counseling yet. Anyone know what will happen? Thanks

It depends on your PO and the prison population. She could violate you, but if the jails are full, and you`re a no violent offender, you may get off with a warning.
