when they also got cocaine, heroine, meth, pcp and dozens of other illegal drugs that they will continue to sell? So do you want all those dangerous drugs to be legalized too? Marijuana is just one of the drugs they sell. Its not gonna do a thing to those dangerous cartels! And if marijuana was taxed too high, the cartels would just start selling untaxed marijuana thats cheaper just like what they are doing with the cigarettes. If theres a 21 age limit, there would be another black market by selling it to people under 21

People will be getting robbed and killed all cause someone growing pot in someone elses backyard. People will be going around stealing the plants everywhere. People will see a pot plant and go trespassing through farms so they can steal the plants. Car fatalities will increase from stoned drivers. People will get blackend cancer tar lungs do to all the tar from the smoke. People will be frying their brains from the pot. We already have enough of a problem with drunk drivers. Theres no need to add more disoriented drivers on the roads. Legalizing it would just be encouraging drug use. Instead of trying to get more drugs accessible, how about educating them about it and discouraging it instead of encouraging it. So many teens are in rehab for marijuana. Lots of them abuse alcohol and cigarettes and prescription pills so why add another substance for them to use? Legalizing it would be a bad example for the kids and giving them the wrong message that its ok to use drugs.
