Fort Payne , AL –3 people are in custody in DeKalb county on drug charges. On Wednesday, officers arrested Stanley Daugherty when they found almost a pound of marijuana and methamphetamine at his home in Collinsville . Drug agents also found 2 firearms, one of which appeared to have been altered.
