if i lived in cali i would vote yes on 19. it will not change medical marijuana. i wish i could grow legal marijuana i would be happy with one square foot. marijuana should have never been made illegal. when 19 passes it will be a plus for the world, and start the ball rolling.
My friend has 1000 acres in Kentucky and he is a tobacco grower for Phillip Morris. He grows his shit and it’s barely ever inspected or anything from Philip Morris. They just come pick it up, pay for it, and put it in their mix for the ultimate cigarette I guess but my point is that I agree with you, quality will suffer if grown on a massive scale but there will always be us guys out there in small circles passing around that fire smoke.
@organicTREES420 Yes they do, they call that peachwine here in NC man. It’s fermented moonshine with fruit I think but I had a liter of it at a wedding and it tastes amazing and is potent like shine but actually tastes good. But fuck that, I ‘d rather have some fire organic.

I know you wont pay tax on your homegrown, but you sure as hell will when you buy some. thats what i was saying…a med liscense is 100 bucks, while the tax on a few ounces will be higher than that. Oakland is only issueing 4 permits. Who knows how many in other regions, but still…could be more.
Don’t take this the wrong way, but first of all you can in fact have your garden outside it just has to be secured, you don’t have to pay tax on the cannabis you grow and you dont need a med license for legal cannabis, if you want to keep paying for medical for more protection you can do so but it’s not required. There’s no proof of any big companies taking over anything or buying any land anywhere. The way it’s going to work is counties and cities are going to regulate pot shops and growers.

ya know what’s funny is the biig companies keep it illegal while at the same time still makin money off it phillip morris bought 50,000 acres up in the emerald triangle back in the 80′s..u tell me they don’t have secret grow ops on their property with arrangements with the local constabulary to never raid them..also up in canada a few years back there was an incident where labatt brewing co. got caught “renting” one of their old huge factories to someone who had turned it into a huge growhouse..
