Probably because you partied with crystal meth. Which, judging by your choice of capitalization, is the name of your new girlfriend. I wish you and Crystal the best of luck.

Did you have any sores or cuts in your mouth previous to smoking? Assuming it was clean meth, and this happened to no one else I can only assume it was some sort of allergic reaction. I don’t know of anyone who has had a swollen mouth with meth, but I cut my tongue on a pipe once, smoked meth and my tongue got chemical burns and swelled for a while.
If it persists, use peroxide as mouthwash and avoid dirty pipes. If it is really serious, always see a doctor – they’re not allowed to tell the police anything, assuming you didn’t go on a wild killing spree after smoking it.
I was actually google’n for this topic because I have the same issue at the moment and was wondering if I could find any actual medical advice. From my personal experiance and that of my friends I can offer a little help on the subject.
The reason that happens to your tongue is because you are tweaking! Some people grind their teeth, or grit them, some rub their tongue around the inside of the mouth, or all of the above. The constant irritation makes little cuts in it and the fact that its sore is because its been beaten up from your mouth and the crystal. Crystal also causes the acidic level of your mouth. I hate it because you just cant stop doing that little tick. The second you are not 100% FOCUSED on it you will be doing it again.
The very best way of treating it is with rinding/gurgling salt water after you hot the pipe and then rinse out with peroxide at a few a night/day. ibuprofen always helps too.
I just do the peroxide and it works good for me but i recomend both as the salt water prevents the acids from causing meth mouth.
