5 arrested on drug, gun charges

Daytona Beach drug dealer sent to federal prison
A 29-year-old Daytona Beach man was sentenced today to federal prison for selling drugs and weapons, according to a statement by the U.S. attorney. Phill Filer, who has previous felony record, was sentenced by Judge Anne C. Conway to 10 years in federal prison for selling crack cocaine, firearms, ammunition, and body armor to an undercover federal agent in Daytona Beach, authorities said.
