11-year-old boy hit by car; alcohol involved
A spokesperson for Metro Police said alcohol is “definitely a factor” in the crash that left an 11-year-old boy hospitalized with life-threatening injuries Saturday. It happened at 8:03 p.m. at 4303 Shenandoah Drive in the City of Fincastle.
