yes, but most use lidocaine

    The ER uses it for nosebleeds! It decreases the blood flow in the nose by shrinking the vessels. It also numbs it.

    no, only doctors doing surgury on a deviated septum used cocaine based products, dentists use novocaine.

    Perhaps in Columbia….they have a bit more acceptance of the drug…

    You’re probably aware that Novacaine does come from the coca base…..so, in way they already use cocaine…just in purer form.
