what are the long term effects of meth use?

I havent done meth for around 5 years now but I did do them for more then 10 years. smoking and snorting. I have a lot of symptoms such as depression and mental problems but unsure if these are from the meth use. NEED detailed list of physical and mental symptoms possibly linked to the use of meth……
