1.there is not current medial use for crack cocaine
2.cocaine is still used very rarely as a anesthetic in eye and nose surgery
3.Methamphetamine is still medically used to treat severe ADD/ADHD
4.Barbiturates are still used in surgical anesthesia
5. tranquilizer is another word for sedative and sedatives are used for way to many things to list
