The doctor has had me on Xanax for my panic attacks but every time we reduce the dose, I start to have Panic/Paranoia attacks.These paranoia attacks are scaring me and are making me feel like I’m losing my mind. I was addicted to Meth, years ago and I used to have bad paranoia. But I’m clean for years. AM I THE ONLY ONE OUT THERE WHO EXPERIENCES THESE?????
I forgot to mention that I’m also suffering from Agorophobia – the Paranoia has been happening lately, when I go outside. And it happens mostly during the daylight hours. I feel like I’m being watched or followed. It’ s frreakin me out.

If you mean your hands shake so you cannot write and you are in a sweat with paranoia then yes. This is an upgrade so to speak of anxiety. When I get this paranoia it seems to help if I call someone just to talk a few minutes. It helps me relax back to an anxious state. In my mind one thing leads to another heading for that paranoia state. I’m fine I’m saying until I start thinking on the negative side.
