My brother’s in a real bad way. He’s addicted to Meth.He hears voices when he is under the infleunce. Is it?

possible that what he is hearing is actually real? He claims he is not hallucinating it, but has super sonic hearing when he is on it.
He’s a really good guy, but doesn’t have insurance to go to Rehab. Any suggestions?
