possible that what he is hearing is actually real? He claims he is not hallucinating it, but has super sonic hearing when he is on it.
He’s a really good guy, but doesn’t have insurance to go to Rehab. Any suggestions?
Well its not totally uncommon to hear voices like that. When Steve-O was doing drugs he claimed to be communicating with the dead.
You just need to get him off the drugs and into rehab or hes going to drug his life away.

That means he is having auditory hallucinations AND delusions. Hallucinations are hearing/seeing/feeling/smelling things that are not really there. Delusions are believing things that are not true. Both are common with drugs like that
For him to “have super sonic hearing” he would have to have a fundamental change made to his ear. Sorry, but a drug will not do that or else drugs would be given for hearing loss, not a hearing aid being used.
