CPS investigations…?
I have been accused of having 7 CPS cases against me in the past 10 years. Yet I have never been approached by an investigator, nor have either of my children ever been quesitoned as to whether or not I have ever abused or neglected them. Don’t they have to notify me if I was under investigation??? I have reported on my ex twice (for GOOD reason I promise!), and both times they questioned him and the kids. They even insisted that he go to drug rehabilitation once, which he didn’t finish.
Should I contact CPS about my question? Will they tell me???
Also… I have attempted to contact the case worker currently investigating a case against my ex twics inthe last 3 weeks bc my daughter wants to speak to her, and have not gotten a response. How can I contact someone higher up to report this?
